The first Greek documentary about the art of Kung Fu by the Director and Producer Christos N. Karakasis with the central figure being the teacher Sifu Kyriakos Eleftheriou.
Is the athlete also a dancer? Not often. Yet, sometimes, he can confound us. He no longer remains discernible in his movements, those very 
movements that once appeared so structured and technical. Suddenly, he undergoes a transformation, attaining a fluidity so profound that neither the exertion, nor the rigid goal, nor the framework of noble competition, nor even the desire for a medal remains perceptible. Only then does he truly embody the essence of a dancer.
However, dance is but a momentary pause, not the ultimate destination. For sometimes, the athlete transcends even further, becoming an enigma himself. What secrets lie within the ancient Greek adage, 'a healthy mind in a healthy body'? How does the athlete, through the repetition of bodily motions, unearth the hidden pathways that connect body to mind, and what is the key to unlocking them? And should he succeed, what might he achieve?
The mystic athlete must be initiated into something greater, guided by knowledge to unveil the mysteries. To be taught, from the very beginning, how to bend with his body, for it is, ultimately, a manifestation of his perception.
The film has successfully secured distribution and is now being screened in the UK, the US, and Canada on popular platforms such as Prime Video and TUBI.
